		...while this was going on...the infrastructure [for the Bradley Manning Support Network website] was going up, a big Federal presence decended in the Boston area...knock at my door...four agents...two identify themselves as Army CID and two identify themselves as State Department, which could have been anything...came in my house...hour long conversation...came to the understanding they were trying to find evidence about the WikiLeaks leak in the Boston area and other hackers they thought maybe were associated...offered cash reward...to keep my ear to ground about WikiLeaks and Bradley Manning. [...] [House says he then asked the agents to leave and reports for the next three to four weeks after] very obvious surveillance...students were questioned on the street...there were other people questioned in Boston as well...at least four people in addition to myself.

		Following the formation of the Support Network [June 2010], Plaintiff has been visited and questioned, both at his home and place of work in Cambridge, by investigators for the U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of State, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Plaintiff has been placed on a watch list which has resulted in his being stopped for questioning and searched each time that he enters the United States following foreign travel. Beginning in September 2010, Plaintiff has been detained for questioning at the border on each of seven occasions he has reentered the United States after foreign travel and is routinely questioned on those occasions about his work with the Support Network or his political beliefs and activities.
